1. Presentation Format:

• All presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format only (version 16 and above).
• Ensure compatibility with the conference equipment. No videos or animations should be embedded to avoid compatibility issues.

2. Content Guidelines:

•  Use a minimal number of slides to convey your message effectively.
•  Focus on clarity and conciseness, aiming for a maximum of 7 slides for PG presentation and 10 slides for faculty presentation.

3. Submission Deadline:

• All presentations must be submitted by 19th November 2024, by 5 PM at iaomrabstract24@yenepoya.edu.in
• Strictly no extensions will be given beyond this deadline, so please plan accordingly. Late submissions may not be accommodated.

4. Technical Responsibility:

• The conference organizers are not responsible for any issues related to presentation playback due to software version discrepancies. Please check compatibility beforehand.
• No USB flash drives will be accepted for presentation delivery due to virus risks. Files must be sent via email or a designated file-sharing platform.

5. Additional Points:

• Ensure your presentation is free of any proprietary or confidential information unless explicitly allowed.
• Rehearse your presentation to stay within the allocated time limit.
• Be prepared for audience questions following your presentation.
