- Categories: Original research/ Meta analysis /systematic review and case report and review
- Length: Not to exceed 250 words.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, size 12 for content and 14 for headings.
- Format: Structured for original research/ systematic review/ Meta analysis and unstructured for case report and narrative review.
- Deadline: Last date for abstract submission will be notified later.

Guidelines for Faculty/PG Poster Presentation
- Limit:
- For Post graduates two authors are permitted. One author and one co-author maximum. (Both shall be registered delegates)
- For Faculty poster presentation only one author is allowed
- Submission: E-posters in JPEG landscape format at 300dpi resolution in 16:9 ratio.
- Confidentiality: No presenter, guide, or institution names for impartial assessment.
- Time Limit: 3 minutes (presentation) + 1 minute (discussion) in offline mode.
- Reporting: Presenter should report 30 minutes before their schedule.
- Evaluation: All posters will be evaluated by a panel of experts.
- Deadline: Date of submission will be notified later.
Guidelines for Faculty Free Paper Presentation
- Eligibility: Faculty and private practitioners
( MDS Oral Medicine and Radiology) - Authors: Only one author per paper presentation, no co-authors.
- PPT Content: An outline/brief summary of original research/systematic review. No presenter, guide, or institution names.
- Title Slide: Conference ID number at the top right corner.
- Font Size: Times New Roman, size 24 for headlines, and 20 for content.
- Time Limit: 7 minutes (presentation) + 2 minutes (discussion).
- Deadline: Last date for submission will be notified later.

- Eligibility:Post Graduate students in Oral Medicine and Radiology.
- Authors: Only one author per paper presentation, no co-authors.
