Welcome to the 35^th National Conference - 2024 Exhibition, organized under the guidance of the Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology by the dedicated organizing committee. To ensure a seamless and productive experience for exhibitors, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Floor Plan and Space Allocation

• A floor plan detailing the exhibition area layout has been provided.
• The floor plan is subject to change and is not contractual.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse space to any exhibitor or any part thereof, at its sole discretion.

Application and Payments

• All fees are payable to the 35^th National Conference - 2024, Mangalore, through Cheque or Demand Draft or by scanning the provided QR Code.
• Booking of stalls will be confirmed only upon receiving full payment in advance.
• Refund requests before 16-11-2024 will be subject to a 25% administrative fee.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued after 16-11-2024.

Official Representatives

• Each exhibitor should submit a list of official representatives via the pre-registration form.
• Exhibitors are entitled to two free identity cards per contracted booth space for the entire show (including spouse).
• Exhibitors' representatives are required to be present at their exhibit booth during official exhibition hours.

Exhibition Hours

• 23^rd & 24^thNovember 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Security and Liability

• Pen-meter guards will be provided from setup through tear-down.
• The organizing committee is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor goods or property.

Business Activities

• All exhibitor business activities must be confined to the booth space rented.
• No business activities are permitted in aisles, lobbies, or other areas of the exhibit hall.
